1- Relief Intervention General Requirements

This criterion can be realized by the result of its outcomes that the conducted study is proper, meets the basic needs and requirements of the targeted areas, and includes a plan that can be executed; and that is through the submission of a report by the Evaluation Team, based on the executive plan between the performing bodies and the donors, which would prove whether the Intervention has an encouraging/discouraging impact or not, through the following:

  1. To obtain a copy of the project or the Intervention from the executing or the donating bodies by Team, for reviewing it.
  2. To carry out field investigations in the targeted area, to ensure:- The need for a relief intervention in the targeted area; Applicability of the relief intervention in the targeted area;
    • Priority of needing the intervention
    • Comprehensiveness of the Intervention
    • Appropriateness
    • Others.
  3. The presented study's evaluation of the projects, the general and basic requirements for intervention in the targeted area, as per the following:-
    • Data analysis for the field questionnaire and survey (verification works)
    • Matching the questionnaire data with the project's data (comparison)
    • Setting out the necessary changes/amendments in the study as per the humanitarian criteria (amendments)
    • Recommendation of the Team for the project (submission/approval).
