4- Quality & Safety of Relief Intervention

This criterion can be realized by the result of its outcomes via specifications, quality and validity of the Relief Intervention contents, which are chosen to be used and are set forth in the executive program and; and that is through the following:-

  1. To verify level of classification of sub-contractors, visit contractors and suppliers' warehouses and stores to examine the following:-
    • Suitability of the facility and the legal, financial and administrative systems
    • Good quality of the human cadre's performance
    • Examine safety of materials and activities
    • Determine level of equipment
    • The classified procedures in the execution
    • Others.
  2. Materials & Activities Inspection and Testing:-
    • Test of random samples of the relief intervention contents
    • Carry out inspection and evaluation of the materials and activities of the relief intervention contents
    • Others.
  3. Determine the degree of quality of the relief materials and take quality assurance procedure, in respect of:-
    • Sources of materials
    • level of providing the services and activities through the cost
    • Suitability of relief intervention to the level of response and usage
    • Others
  4. Validity for use, realization and sustainability of benefit
  5. Efficiency – to verify elements of efficiency of the materials and activities of the relief intervention contents
  6. Safety by ensuring no existence of risks and that no harm may occur to the recipients of the relief intervention.
